What Happens at the Consultation
About an hour at your home. You’ll leave it knowing what’s possible and roughly what it costs.
- We look at the spacePatio size and condition, rooflines, sun orientation, drainage, where the doors and windows are.
- We talk about how you’ll use itDining, lounging, cooking, a pool, kids, dogs, mosquitoes. The use determines the structure.
- We walk through optionsAluminum vs. wood, solid vs. louvered, screens, fans, lighting, columns. With samples you can hold.
- You get a written quoteFixed price with drawings, usually within a few days. Financing options if you want them. No pressure.
Why We Don’t Quote Over the Phone
Two patios the same size can cost very different amounts depending on roof height, how the cover attaches, the slab underneath, the HOA’s requirements and what’s inside the walls where the electrical runs. A number over the phone is either a guess that changes later or a number padded to cover surprises. We’d rather measure and give you a price that’s actually the price.

Is it really free?
Yes. The visit, the design conversation and the written quote are free. There’s no charge until you sign a contract to build.
How long does it take?
About an hour at your home. The written quote follows within a few days, longer if the design is unusual and needs engineering input first.
Do both homeowners need to be there?
It helps, because the design decisions involve both taste and budget. If not, we’re happy to do a follow-up call to walk the other person through the options.
Will I be pressured to sign?
No. You get the quote and drawings and take your time. We don’t do expiring prices or “today only” discounts.
Can you help with my HOA before I decide?
Yes. Part of the consultation is understanding your HOA’s requirements so we design something that will be approved. We’ll tell you what your association typically allows.
